Waxworms are a soft, juicy, and plump treat that animals just love (call them the vanilla cake of feeders). Reptiles and birds alike devour the creamy fat bodied worms and the people that feed them love how digestible they are. Waxworms will last one to two weeks at room temperature. They can be kept cool at 60 degrees, where they become dormant and will last up to 8 weeks - but must not be any colder than 55°. Let the waxworms pupate into moths for a treat that will make your reptiles go crazy! They love to chase them.
Recomended for: Bearded Dragons, Leopard Geckos, most Reptiles, Box Turtles, Predatory Fish, Frogs, Centipedes, Praying Mantis, Scorpions, and Spiders. ( Treat Only)
